E-Safety
- What happened to Scarlett?; we don't know
- Think what could've happened
- What can happen in situations like Scarlett's

Changes for TIE (Theatre In Education)
- Aimed at 16-18 year olds
- More linear than episodic
- This play would teach teenagers how to deal with bullying and peer pressure as it is common at that age.
- Disability; use of term 'retarted mute'- use of language and awareness, it is commonly used as a term for someone- adds a disclaimer to audience.

Portrayal of Woman
-Social pressures
- Companion with others
- Human nature to compare yourself; girls more vocal than boys?
- The past and the history of woman- girls are more able to compliment

Sexual Orientation
- E.g. Jay being called Gay; bulling, peer pressure; audience would be shocked and disappointed
- Used gay as an insult (think about how realistic are we playing/portraying
- Social hierarchy; a bad reputation is better than no reputation at all.

1. What would be your audiences reaction to this?
Shocking as they are using 'gay' as an insult and people might relate to the way Jay is being treated and how he feels.

2. How would you play the role of Jay?
Quite shy; I would show this by not speaking and not saying my opinion. This is because i'd feel like what ever i'd say i'll get bullied. I feel like Jay would feel isolated so he would have a soft and calm tone to his voice.
